There are artists who do all of their work on the computer, whether it's just using a Wacom and sketching it into a program or making their piece 3D.

The artist from Digital Blasphemy, Ryan Bliss, uses many different software to create 3-D computer art and puts them on his site for people to get as desktop wallpapers--some are free; all of them are available with a membership. Software he uses to create them include:
- World Builder (used to make his landscapes)
- Lightwave 3D (modeling and layout application, used in Titanic and The Iron Giant).
- Poser 4 (models the human form)
- Vue d'Esprit (landscape designer)
- Adobe Photoshop (used for cleanup when required)
- Ulead Smartsaver Pro (bitmap to jpg/GIF converter)
Vector art is another form of graphics made on computer.
